Our selection of reading glasses are organized in categories such as: Ladies Readers, Mens Readers, Sun Readers, Bifocals, etc... These categories are listed in the left hand side of the website. B y clicking on the categories you will be taken to the products listed. 2. I'm new to reading glasses, what do I need to know? A lot of your questions, and we know you have them, can be answered by reviewing our Reading Glasses Guide. 3. How do I tell if a frame will fit me? Every item on our website lists the frame measurements for across the front of the frame and the front height. In addition we list what size of face works best for each item. 4. I found the frames I want, how do I order them? All items on our website have an "Add To Cart" button. Clicking this button, once yoiu have selected your desired lens and colour options, will add the item to your shopping cart. At this point you can continue shopping by pressing the "Back" button, or proceed to the checkout. If you continue to shop, we keep track of what is in your shopping cart and show it to you on the top left of the screen. Clicking this area will take you directly back to your shopping cart and its contents. Once you are finished shopping, just proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart. 5. How can I pay for my order? We accept Visa and Mastercard for online orders. For in-store purchases we also accept Debit Cards and of course good old fashion cash. 6. Is paying with my credit card safe? Readerwear guarantees that every transaction you make on our website will be 100% safe. We offer a Secure Order Guarantee that gives you 100% protection for your credit card transactions on our website. This guarantee means that you will never have to pay any money related to unauthorized charges to your credit card account, if these charges result from a transaction on our website. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all payment transactions. Once you enter the checkout area of our site, you are protected. You can see this for yourself - Once you enter our secure checkout you will notice an icon resembling a lock displayed in the bottom right hand corner of most web browser software during SSL transactions. This shows that the SSL encryption is active. 7. I've never ordered anything online before, can I order by phone instead? Yes, absolutely. Just call us at 1-866-733-3801 with the names of the items you wish to order, the lens strengths, a shipping address, and your credit card information. 8. Will I be charged sales tax? That all depends on where we are shipping to. Here is how it works: - All orders shipped to our home Province of British Columbia - GST and PST will be added - Orders shipped to the rest of Canada - GST will be added - Orders to the rest of the world - no tax will be added 9. How does shipping work? Orders placed online are processed within 1 to 3 business days. There is no charge for shipping on orders over $50 and a $10 shipping and handling fee on orders $50 and under. Shipping within Canada is via ICS Courier and shipments to the USA and beyond are via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. 10. What if I change my mind, can I return or exchange my order? You can return any online purchase within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Please contact us for a return authorization and instructions for returning a product. You will be responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the item(s) back to us. Please note that returned products must be in resalable condition with no signs of use. No refund will be given for items showing signs of use. Once we have received your return we will refund your purchase within 5 business days. |
